Newcastle Arts Council has many outstanding programs planned for 2025 with many in partnership with Newcastle Library. Check kcls.org to register if required or email newcastlewaarts@gmail.com for more information and for any updates. It will be noted below if registration is required, or if the event is first come, first seated or drop-in.

Artist Call for 2025 Newcastle Area Fall Art Exhibition
We are now accepting applications from artists for the 2025 Newcastle Area Fall Art Exhibition. Newcastle Arts Council and Newcastle Library will host the 8th annual Newcastle Area Fall Art Exhibition. The exhibition will be on display at the Newcastle Library during the month of September and is open to artists 16 and older.
Applications for entries are due by August 7th.
All hanging mediums accepted that can be hung on a wall supported by light wires. Submit a separate application for each piece for consideration. Please include the following information in an email to NewcastleWAarts@gmail.com:
- A high resolution color photo along with the artist's name, title of piece, dimensions of framed piece and media used.
- Other descriptive information or story about the artwork
- Artist’s contact information including email address, home address and phone number.
- A short artist’s bio.
